I can't find the item/parts that I want, does that mean you don't have it in stock?
Unfortunately, we have a lot of items/parts that we need to update and upload, so sometimes the website might not have what you want. If you require an item or a part send us an email (sales@sewingmachine.com.au) and we will provide you with the exact availability as soon as possible.
The item that arrived is not what I wanted originally, can I refund it?
We cannot refund based on change of mind. Please have a look at our shipping and returns policy for further details.
Why have you only refunded me part of the cost I paid?
We can only return you the part cost excluding postage fee, bank surcharge and/or paypal surcharge.
