Shipping

Shipping is calculated by weight of the items in your shopping cart and will be manually reviewed and communicated to you before charging and shipping. Please note that the cost of postage also includes the cost of packaging.

We use Australia Post and services appropriate for the goods delivered, if you have a preferred postal option please let us know and we can advise the price differences.

Delivery times vary depending on your state and suburb (metro or country areas).  Below is a guide, delays may occur during holiday periods and peak seasons (e.g. Mother's Day/ Christmas).


Please note, due to the ongoing COVID situation postage times can take longer than usual and is beyond our control.


Sydney Metro: Between 3-5 working days after dispatch, allow up to 7 working days for other areas

Melbourne Metro: Between 5-7 working days after dispatch, allow up to 9 working days for other areas

Queensland: Between 5-7 working days after dispatch, allow up to 9 working days for Northern areas.

All other states: Between 7-10 working days after dispatch, allow up to 12 working days for WA (for shipping to some areas in WA/NT, extra charges may apply).


Refunds


In order to be eligible for a refund, please read the refund and returns policy and determine which of the dot points it would match. We do not refund on the basis of change of mind.



If you require a refund, please post the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. You will need to pay for the postage and we will not reimburse the return postage.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Note: We cannot refund you the postage fee and any surcharges incurred by PayPal or your bank.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
